Happy St Patty's Day!!!

Well, St Patrick's Day is almost over, but I wanted to chime in before we "Irish folk" go to bed!...The Leprechauns are also known as the "wee folk".... (see what I did there?)...which is funny if you know me personally, and are smart, devious and fun loving..AND they are shoemakers! (aah, little men after my own heart!)..William Yeats said of them.... "Because of their love of dancing, they will constantly need shoes."

Here are some more green things I found that I thought were sorta cool..

They put green stuff in the Chicago river..or at least I hope that is green stuff that was added! Because that would be scary..

My Favorite...
Found this little gem on Martha Stewart.com

A small band of unfortunate travelers huddles on a seaplane dock by the River Shannon. They've been flying for ten hours in bad weather, in an abortive attempt to reach Canada. The terminal's barman observes their condition and takes action. Whiskey. Sugar. Hot coffee. Cream. The winds calm the fury of their blowing, and the sun grants a beam of its brightness to anoint the steaming chalice. And behold! The assembled bards of Erin strike a golden chord on their cunningly worked harps. For thus is born Irish Coffee, a mighty tonic for all who travel the ways of the earth and even those who sit all day in the dark corners of taverns.
